For twenty years I’ve been helping individuals lead and manage change in their organizations. Change occurs for many different reasons. A new system implementation. An improved business process. A reorganization of a department or business unit. You get the idea. In today’s world, businesses are adapting quickly based on what’s happening in the economy. These businesses need leaders who are comfortable implementing change.
