Do any of the questions listed below sound familiar?
- How do I deliver “bad news” without everyone jumping into the “blame game”?
- What does a communication plan look like and how do I use it to improve my messages?
- How do we quickly move past the “bad news” to get to work on fixing the problem?
If so, then I’ve designed this ActionPack™ just for you.
In my experience, the delivery of bad news can be a defining event for an individual or an organization. Not all news is perceived to be positive, so I believe it is important for you to build the skills to deliver news of any kind. Communications – “good” or “bad” – can be improved with some prior thought and planning. Let’s be clear though. This is not about “spinning” bad news. This is about thinking through how to reduce negativity and improve your listener’s understanding while maintaining honesty and integrity.
I built this ActionPack™ to walk you through the stages and steps required to deliver and communicate news of any kind.
My ActionPacks™ are designed to walk you down a Learning Path that provides a working solution to the challenge you're experiencing. The list below provides an overview of this product's content.
